Removal: All equipment is located in Pennsauken, NJ. Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices. Loading includes loading equipment onto buyer arranged truck. Containers may not be loaded on site. Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections.
Buyers to pay for all associated loading, removal, transport, and any taxes or VAT
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.
No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.
If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.
No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full. The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal.
